Compare the difference with the absorption test.

These photographs show what happens when GIB® Standard plasterboard and GIB Aqualine® are soaked in coloured water for two hours. The core of the standard plasterboard has absorbed water. while the core of the GIB Aqualine® is relatively unaffected.
